Faareha is a dedicated psychologist, currently working as a Behavioral Therapist at Learning Hands Rehabilitation Center, where she has been working with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other learning disabilities. During her time at the center, she has gained experience in conducting intake, case history, and informal assessments, providing behavioral therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans. In addition to her current role, she completed an internship at Pakistan Autism Centre, where she conducted diagnostic sessions and worked closely with clients in behavior therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. She also interned at Combined Military Hospital Malir Cantonment’s Psychiatry Department, where she was awarded an appreciation certificate for her exceptional work. Her experience there involved analyzing adult clients’ case histories and administering psychological tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Her professional journey also includes fieldwork at Siddiqui Welfare and Old Age Home, where she provided emotional support and counseling to elderly residents, helping to assess and understand their mental well-being. Passionate about mental health, she believes in the transformative power of therapy, creating a supportive and empathetic environment for her clients. With her experience in both clinical settings and therapeutic interventions, she is dedicated to helping individuals overcome psychological and behavioral challenges, empowering them to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
